Its my pleasure to be given an opportunity to lead one of the most skillful, pleasant and mature group of players this league has to offer.

And as 2010 season dawns upon us, we must not forget who we are and where we have come from.

Many of us played hardball for the first time not too long ago, and other have blessed us with there expertise and experience and helped us grow. During winter training session over the past 5 months, we have worked HARD on our game and believe me, each of us is a brand new player with so much more to offer and so much more in our arsenal.

Execs are trying and will be trying there best to maintain the "core" system. Players will be promoted/retained/demoted solely on performance and attitude bases.

With that being said, I would just like to thank all of you guys to constantly coming out to practices. It has and definitely will change your game for better, guaranteed!

We will be a force to be reckoned with in 2010.
